Easy Peasy Tasty Thai Fishcakes From Jamie Oliver

8 raw prawns

100g pollock fillet

3tbsp cornflour

2 spring onions

small bunch of coriander

2tsp freshly grated ginger

1/2 chopped red chilli

lime wedges and salad to serve

Wizz the ingredients together in the food processor with a little seasoning, shape into six small fishcakes and fry in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes each side.

Serve with salad and lime wedges and enjoy!!
